Welcome to my website.

My name is Jeremy Rousseau, and I am a mechanical engineering student at Arts et Métiers. I am passionate about understanding how things work and turning ideas into concrete, well-designed engineering solutions.

This website is a personal project created as a complement to my CV. I designed and built it myself, combining my technical skills, curiosity, AI, and my friend's advice. Here, you will find a selection of projects I have worked on throughout my academic journey, from mechanical design to prototyping and simulation.

The website was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is primarily intended to be viewed on a desktop computer. As a result, the mobile version may present some display issues.

Public Speaking and Rhetorical Skills Program

September to October • 2024

Completed a dedicated training focused on public speaking, persuasive communication, and the fundamentals of rhetoric. Developed advanced presentation skills professional coaching (a training program funded by my school).

French National Engineering Entrance Exams

2022

Passed the highly selective national entrance exams to French engineering Grandes Écoles after two years of intensive studies in the "lycée Jeanne d'Albret" preparatory class. Admitted to Arts et Métiers.

Scientific Baccalauréat - Honors

2020

Graduated with highest honors (Mention Très Bien). Strong focus on science subjects combined with geopolitics training.

July 2025

Assisted in road construction and maintenance operations on active worksites. Participated in material preparation, equipment handling, and site logistics while observing safety and quality standards. Gained hands-on experience in teamwork, and field coordination.

External Consultant - AMJE (Junior-Enterprise)

Collaborated with the Arts et Métiers Junior-Enterprise as an external consultant, delivering customized engineering solutions for private companies. Worked on projects involving 3D CAD design, prototyping, and technical consulting, while providing tailored support to meet client-specific needs. Developed strong skills in client communication, project execution, and applied mechanical design, bridging professional expectations with academic expertise.
